Zack never thought he'd meet a pop star. And if you told him he'd ever be dating one, he would have laughed in your face.
Joke's on him, though, when he gets a callback to be in Brianna Royce's music video...and they tell him they want him to be her fake boyfriend when the video shoot is over. Does he want to fake date a diva? Not really.
But once he meets her, he realizes she's not another diva. When she tells him she's being stalked, that she wants him to protect her, well...he can't say no. Guess he's dating the diva after all.

Jacob moved to Hollywood with one goal in mind: earn a staring role on the silver screen. But nothing has gone to plan since.
Meeting Char, the hottest woman he’s ever seen, didn’t go as planned either. After feeding her the dumbest line ever, she barely acknowledges his presence after insisting his ego will ruin his Hollywood dreams. Char’s proven right when he loses out on the role of a lifetime.
Picking up his ego off the floor, Jacob grabs a job as a roadie with the band Char manages just in time to hit the road on their tour. It’s the perfect opportunity to earn her trust, and a place in her heart.
Maybe his acting career hasn’t gone as planned, but this is one role he’s playing to win.
Now that she’s spent time in Hollywood with her high school friend and his pop star girlfriend, Colleen realizes how trapped she feels back home in her small ranching town of Silver Valley. After a run in with her ex, her parents, and some hometown biddies with bite, she's done. With encouraging words from an unlikely ally, she finally decides to get out of town and make her dreams come true.

Colleen is the girl next door, literally. She loves his daughter almost as much as he does. She knows the hell he went through when gis ex left him. She understands his weaknesses. He can trust her.
But can he trust himself? It’s only a matter of time until he hurts her. Until history repeats itself. So, he keeps his distance. He holds it all back and draws a line in the sand he refuses to cross.
The thing is, lines drawn in the sand don’t tend to be permanent. As he watches her unhinged ex torment her, triggering every protective instinct he has, his line slowly erodes. Once it’s gone, he has a feeling he won’t be strong enough to draw another one.
